Note to self: if you run the following
/usr/share/openqrm/plugins/vmware-esx/bin/openqrm-vmware-esx init -i [ip-address-of-the-esx-server] and it tells you to remove the file /var/run/openqrm-resource.conf, what's not said is that openqrm-resource.conf resides on the ESXi server, not the host running OpenQRM. (Docs need a tweak.)
